India Signs NMHC Maritime-Heritage MoUs with 10 Nations, Including the UAE

Ten Global Partnerships for the Lothal Maritime Heritage Complex

India has signed ten memoranda of understanding to collaborate on the National Maritime Heritage Complex at Lothal.

The partner nations include the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, South Korea, the UAE, Portugal, Vietnam, Oman, Israel and Thailand.

More Nations Expected to Join

Four more countries — Italy, France, Myanmar and Cambodia — are expected to follow, underscoring the complex's growing international significance.

A Shared Global Maritime Story

The partnerships will help showcase a shared global oceanic history at Lothal.

They strengthen the complex's appeal as an international tourist destination and a future hub for maritime research and exchange.
