₹3,000 Crore Phase 1B Expansion at the Lothal NMHC

The next stage of the National Maritime Heritage Complex at Lothal, Phase 1B, will be developed at an estimated ₹3,000 crore and add eight more museum galleries to the complex.

World's Tallest Lighthouse Museum

The centrepiece of Phase 1B will be a lighthouse museum planned to be the world's tallest, alongside a 50-dome theatre, the Bageecha complex and other visitor attractions.

Together with Phase 1A, the expansion will take the total number of thematic galleries at the complex to fourteen.

Cementing Lothal as a Global Destination

The scale of Phase 1B further cements Lothal's positioning as a landmark global maritime tourism destination.

For the surrounding region, each new milestone reinforces long-term demand across the NMHC growth corridor.
